For the second year running, the ENGIMOV group, based in Braga, is allocating part of last year's profits to its employees. This year, the amount allocated is around €225,000.00.

On the verge of its 17th anniversary, Engimov Construções S.A. has demonstrated a solid track record, the result of a focused and professional team. The main aim of this initiative is to reward the company's employees for their commitment and dedication to their work, and at the same time to motivate them to continue giving their best so that the annual objectives are met.

This action began in 2023 and, according to the group's founder and CEO, Tomás Barbosa, "the aim is to maintain this philosophy of sharing. It is with great pride that we distribute the fruits of their effort and dedication to our employees." The director also adds that "the success of the group's companies is also a direct result of the work of its employees and, from now on, the distribution of profits will continue to depend on the performance and profitability of the group's companies and the fulfillment of global objectives, year after year".

This initiative is essentially aimed at "recognizing and repaying all the effort and dedication" and, on the other hand, "giving the workers extra motivation so that they continue to be more and more committed and give their best". In addition to this distribution of dividends, a new space will soon be inaugurated at the company's headquarters in Vila Verde, which will have a gym, a cafeteria and a leisure area (equipped with billiards, table football, darts, etc.) for employees to enjoy, whether during working hours or at the weekend, access to this new space is guaranteed to employees for any socializing.

The management of the ENGIMOV group wants to make the company "one of the best places to work, where people can feel respected and valued".

The ENGIMOV Group stands out in the construction sector, in a wide variety of areas, and is present in the European, African and Central American markets. It has dozens of direct and indirect employees worldwide.

Tomás Barbosa also says that he wants to convey to his employees his confidence in the future and in their ability to work as a team, and that "together they will face any difficulties that may arise".

The more than 200,000 euros in profits will be handed out to employees this week, when the company celebrates its 17th anniversary.
