JOB DESCRIPTION
- Planning and preparation of the work (construction/rehabilitation of buildings);
- Study, interpretation, planning and organization of the execution project and other contractual documents;
- Re-budgeting all the activities planned for the work;
- Determining the needs of labor, equipment and materials to be allocated to the work and defining the necessary subcontracts;
- Work coordination;
- Managing and controlling the work team and equipment;
- Drawing up the work dossier and keeping an organized archive of the documentation relating to the execution of the work;
- Contract management with the client;
- Representing the company to contractors, inspection teams and other representatives;
- Guaranteeing the objectives set in terms of execution time, quality standards and profitability.
- Promoting and monitoring the Health and Safety Plan on site.
REQUIREMENTS
- Higher education in civil engineering;
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role;
- Willingness to travel;
- Proficiency in Office tools, Autocad; MSProject;
- Ability to lead and coordinate teams;
- High sense of organization, meeting objectives and deadlines.

- Compliance with all legal requirements and support to the different departments for their correct application;

- 3 years' experience in QSA management systems;
- CAP level VI - TSST;

- Knowledge of DL50/2005;

- Responsible, rigorous, dynamic, proactive.
